Technical data
All of the SECURBAIX series is manufactured from extruded aluminium with straight slats made of a high resistance aluminium alloy consisting of aluminium, silicon, magnesium and titanium. The THERMIC model, specifically includes a high-quality interior thermal-acoustic insulation material. The door includes an inferior plinth reinforced with a double wall, slide bearings, sealing joint and anti-friction nylon. Depending on the measures and mass of the door, as well as of the number of access manoeuvres, the engine can be single-phase or three-phase (tubular or pair). In addition, security bottom buffers are ABS.
Security inside and outside
Our exclusive CONNEX system incorporates digital buttons and a button for the emergency stop to prevent problems whenever there is an engine failure or electrical power failure. In addition, the SECURITY K and SECURITY K MINI locks system incorporates a security stainless steel lock with an emergency unblocking handle. This system includes a central engine and digital membrane keyboard.
If you wish, you can add to any of the SECURBAIX models our E-KEY MEMORY SYSTEM, an exclusive intelligent locking system that prevents damage to the door in case of accidental opening when the lock is blocked. Of course, all our models include the anti-crush intelligent system RADIO SENS CONNEX to protect people and vehicles in case the door fails.
Lasting protection
Our shutters incorporate an anti-wear system that includes sealing rings to avoid uncomfortable noises and frictions, enabling you to clean the door without the air or water passing through and avoiding the lubrication of the guides. The safety stoppers are manufactured from a special resin that does not rust or deteriorate, combining elegance and durability. Its stainless-steel caps do not rust or break either, preventing the slats from rolling laterally out of the shutter and causing expensive repairs. Our extruded aluminium doors enable us to manufacture shutters of up to 7,000 mm wide and more.
Proven resistancea
The classification set forth in regulation EN 1627:2011 is made up of six categories (in ascending order based on burglary resistance) and describes the methods used to evaluate the resistance of the different elements (wicket door, windows, façades, shutters…) to static and dynamic pressure, as well as to the manual robbery attempts.
Based on a series of resistance tests to static pressure, dynamic pressure and manual theft attempt, our products have obtained the European certification that guarantees the functionality of the door. During these tests, attackers have a series of tools they can use during a period of time (in addition to other tools set forth in the regulation’s manuals).

A burglar-proof door
All of our products have been subjected to the most stringent tests to comply with the European regulations in force. The basic model of the SECURBAIX system is certified to EU regulation EN 1627:2011 burglar proof protection (level RC3). It is appropriate for jewelleries, banks, armouries, museums or art galleries. RC3 level is an intermediate level in the classification that refers to the intrusion attempt committed by an experimented criminal or by an organized crime band through the use of portable drilling tools or small electrical tools, as well as by the use of physical force.
Our doors are manufactured from first-class aluminium alloy of maximum quality. We control the production process from the extrusion, lacquering and anodizing of the profiles. This way we offer high-quality products to our most demanding customers. Designed to maximize brightness and transparency with maximum security against burglary. It offers the possibility of combining die-cut slats with XL size transparent polycarbonate or micro-perforated slats. RC4 certified according to EN 1627:2011.
