European regulations establish burglary resistance classes from RC1 to RC4, as well as wind resistance classes from C1 to C5.
Technical data
The SECURBAIX range is composed of different models, designed according to the required level of security and protection. All models are manufactured using straight, double-walled slats made from a high-strength aluminum alloy composed of aluminum, silicon, magnesium, and titanium.
In the case of the THERMIC model, the interior of the slats incorporates high-quality thermal and acoustic insulation material. The door is equipped with a reinforced double-walled bottom bar, lateral bearings, a bottom sealing gasket, and anti-friction nylon components, ensuring smooth and long-lasting operation.
The upper shaft is reinforced with galvanized steel and includes steel pulleys, bearings, and nylon protections for increased robustness. At the core of the system is the motor, which uses components from leading manufacturers, recognized for their reliability and quiet operation.
Depending on the door dimensions, weight, and frequency of use, the system can be equipped with single-phase or three-phase electric motors, either tubular or shaft-mounted. In addition, the lower safety stops are made of ABS, providing enhanced resistance and durability.
Security inside and out
The exclusive CONNEX system incorporates digital push buttons, an emergency stop button, and a manual emergency release handle, ensuring safe operation even in the event of motor failure or power outages.
In addition, the SECURITY K and SECURITY K MINI control box system integrates a stainless-steel security lock together with an emergency release handle, designed to operate in case of motor malfunction or power loss. This system includes a central motor and digital membrane keypads for precise and reliable control.
Optionally, the E-KEY MEMORY SYSTEM can be added—an exclusive smart locking system that prevents damage to the door in the event of accidental operation while the lock is engaged.
Lasting protection
Our rolling doors incorporate an advanced anti-wear system that includes sealing gaskets, reducing noise and friction during operation. This system allows the door to be cleaned without water or air infiltration and eliminates the need for guide lubrication.
The safety stops are made from a special high-resistance resin that does not corrode or deteriorate over time, combining durability with an elegant finish. In addition, stainless steel end caps provide extra protection, as they do not break or oxidize, preventing lateral slat displacement and avoiding costly damage.
All our doors are manufactured using high-strength extruded aluminum, allowing the production of systems up to 7,000 mm wide without compromising safety or reliability.

The EN 1627:2011 standard establishes a classification consisting of six categories, arranged from lower to higher resistance against burglary. This standard defines the testing methods used to evaluate the ability of various elements—such as pedestrian doors, windows, lightweight façades, or shutters—to withstand static and dynamic pressure, as well as manual break-in attempts.
European certification is obtained after successfully passing a series of tests that assess resistance to static pressure, dynamic pressure, and manual attacks. During these tests, attackers use specific tools and are allowed a limited amount of time to attempt to force entry, in accordance with the procedures and guidelines defined by the standard.

Burglar-proof door

The base model of the SECURBAIX system is certified for burglary resistance in accordance with EN 1627:2011, achieving RC3 classification. This security level is particularly suitable for facilities such as jewelry stores, banking institutions, gun shops, museums, or art galleries.
The RC3 classification corresponds to a medium level of resistance and considers intrusion attempts carried out by experienced criminals or organized groups, using manual drilling tools, small power tools, and physical force.

We fully control the entire production process—from extrusion to lacquering and anodizing of the profiles—allowing us to guarantee a high-end final product for the most demanding clients. This is the base model of the range and features RC4 burglary resistance certification in accordance with European standard EN 1627:2011. It offers a high level of protection against break-in attempts and ensures excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions, including hurricane-force winds.
SECURBAIX BL VISION
This model has been developed to provide brightness and transparency without compromising maximum burglary protection. Its perforated slats combined with high-resistance polycarbonate allow up to 49% additional light and visibility. It is an elegant, functional, and secure door, certified with RC4-level burglary resistance.
SECURBAIX BL VISION XL
Designed to maximize light entry and transparency while maintaining the highest level of burglary protection. It offers the option to combine perforated slats with XL-format transparent polycarbonate or micro-perforated slats. Certified with Class 4 burglary resistance according to EN 1627:2011, it provides ventilation, light, and visibility without compromising security.
